	Return Policy Know that without you, our company would have no reason for being. You are our greatest and most irreplaceable treasure and our only reason for being. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we have dozens of items from which you can choose an exchange. Returns must be authorized via email, mail or telephone, and all claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. We will refund the price of the merchandise but not the shipping. Please allow 5-7 days for refund processing after your returned item has been received by us. Items must be in new unused condition except for imperfections in manufacturing. Include a copy of your invoice with your returned item. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns of 12 or more of the same item. You can reach us at the addresses listed above.
